This is a compensation case. The jury found substantially (Issues 1 to 6 incl.) that appellee sustained personal injury to his body while in the employ of Sinclair Refining Company on the 18th of November 1952; that he sustained total incapacity on said date, and that it was permanent, and that such injury has not resulted and will not result in partial incapacity; and (Issue 12) that the weekly compensation will be inadequate to meet appellees necessities, and that $50 weekly compensation will be adequate.
